Except where required by law, all sales are final. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or sizing issues. However, we may offer an exchange for a different size or style, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at business@tiredgoose.com
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with § 355 BGB (German Civil Code). To exercise this right, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Exclusions may apply (e.g., custom-made items, limited pre-order items, or items expressly excluded under law).
Store Credit
If an exchange is not possible, we may offer store credit equal to the value of the returned item, provided it meets the above conditions. Store credit can be applied toward future purchases.
