Who is the maid?
The maid is the official mascot of Tired Goose. She represents the cleanliness and care I strive to maintain in everything I do.
What sizes are available?
Our clothing is available in sizes S to L. To keep it simple, no confusion.
What happens if my item is damaged, incorrect, or I am unhappy?
Returns are not accepted, except as required by law. All sales are final, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to business@tiredgoose.com
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by DHL at checkout, based on your delivery location.

How do preorders work?
All items are sold as preorders. Once the order window closes, I send everything to production. After the goods arrive, I pack and ship them out to you.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order! Just contact me via business@tiredgoose.com before the pre-order period ends to cancel. After that, the order cannot be canceled.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
As this is a preorder, shipping will begin once the preorder period has ended. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
